• Board Motion to appoint Elizabeth Agramont Justiniano and Juan Rodriguez to open At-Large Board positions for the remainder of the 2023 term.
• Board Motion to appoint Sousan Manteghi-Safakish as Interim President in addition to her position as VP Outreach
• • This is to replace VP Operations LezLi Logan, who assumed the role of Interim President when previous President Raven Malone resigned prior to the end of her term. LezLi will remain as VP Operations. 
• Operations Committee Reports (Programs, Finance)
