Event location: At Almaden Lake Park (6099 Winfield Blvd, San Jose, CA 95123), the Quicksilver Picnic Area is located on the east side of the park accessable from the Winfield Boulevard entrance.

Reminders: Temperatures are expected to reach the high 80's, possibly low 90's, so please dress accordingly. As this is an outdoor area, and food is being served, bees may be present. Park staff will monitor the situation.

We've been advised that the parking ticket machine in the East parking lot is out of order (vandalized). For those wishing to park in the East lot (off Winfield Blvd), you will need to purchase your ticket from the machine in the West parking lot (off Almaden Expressway). It is possible to walk from the West lot or use fee parking on Winfield.

*The one-year parking discount card is available at no charge from the SJ Parks Leininger Center, located adjacent to the Happy Hollow Park and Zoo parking lot, 1300 Senter Road, SJ. (408) 794-7275 ext. 09.

Directions From VTA Light Rail - Almaden station: The Park is located across the street (Coleman Road) with the entrance off Winfield Boulevard. 

Directions By Car: From 85, take Almaden Expressway exit, south on Almaden Expressway, left on Coleman Road, right on Winfield Blvd. From 87, go north on 85, take Almaden Expressway exit, south on Almaden Expressway, left on Coleman Road, right on Winfield Blvd. Plan your trip with Google Maps below.
